Sabor & Sazón

Sabor & Sazón is a family-owned and operated gem in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. This vibrant, upscale restaurant offers a dining experience like no other, featuring a meticulously curated menu by Chef Jorge.

The Motto on the wall at Sabor & Sazón is "El sabor es nuestra esencia" (in English this translates to "Flavor is our essence"). This reflects Chef Jorge’s approach to menu development and cooking. When he opened his first restaurant, Sabor & Sazón, he did not want to be “boxed in” to a menu with just one type of food. As a chef he wanted to draw on his experience and present cuisine from all over the world.
Chef Jorge has 25 years of experience working in kitchens. In addition to including Italian and seafood dishes he mastered in his early days; he gives homage to his home country of Honduras and prepares many dishes from Central and South America. For Chef Jorge it is all about flavor and technique.

The restaurant is a family business and on any given day you are likely to meet Jorge's sons, daughter, brother, sister and several cousins. The entire family strives to provide warm hospitality and a memorable dining experience.
